Welcome To I-Gag!
Are you excited yet? Super Indian Issue #5, “The Curse of Blud Kwan’Tum” is here!
We’ve been excited about all the orders we’ve been receiving via Amazon and Paypal! The support is appreciated and it’s great to know the word about “Super Indian” is getting out thanks to all who’ve been reading online since April 2011.
Had an interesting question from a reader who wanted to know where to buy or view Super Indian Issue #1 and #2. Well….we have a confession to make! Those issues are “in the can” — but they were produced wa-a-a-ay back in 2007 and not really up to our exacting standards. Arigon readily admits — “Hey, I was just learning how to put together a comic and I KNOW I can do better!”
Expect to see the origin story of Hubert Logan in a future edition of the printed version of “Super Indian.”
If you’re curious about the story, you can listen to the first episode of the “Super Indian” radio series and get an idea of how the whole “he ate tainted commodity cheese and got super powers” went down. The episode is called “Commod Bod” and you can find it on our website and the PRX.org radio website.

Natives in Comics Panel – Tulsa City-County Library’s Festival of Words
Hey Everyone!
Happy belated New Year’s wishes from all your friends here at Rezium Studios. We’ve been in a secret underground bunker working on the next two issues of “Super Indian.” You’ll be excited to see some of the artwork for the new issues here in a few days. It’s a vampire-themed story that we predict you’re gonna love!
Please join Arigon Starr, Roy Boney and Michael Sheyahshe at the upcoming American Indian Festival of Words at the Tulsa Library in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday, March 2nd. They’ll be talking comics — and will let you in on a few of their secrets to creating your own comic book stories. The annual Festival of Words will also be honoring filmmaker Sterlin Harjo, plus presenting panels on media, theater and music — with one of our faves, Joy Harjo.
The “Natives in Comics” panel is completely FREE. Go time is 11:30am — so get there early to get a good seat.
We know for sure that Arigon Starr is bringing some of the original “Super Indian” artwork and might even present some of it to a lucky fan. You will also be able to purchase your own copy of “Super Indian Volume One.”
Here’s a JPEG flyer for you to post everywhere. Hope you can make it!
